Tour eligibility

1. The tour is restricted to employees of CISC Members and Associates that are registered delegates for the Spring Conference.
2. Limited number of seats available, first come first serve basis.
3. Ineligible ticket purchases will be refunded less admin fee (see below General Conditions).

Separate registration required for each qualifying participant.

The tour runs between 7:00 am – 3:00 pm; bus transportation and on-site light lunch included in the ticket.

General Conditions:

1. Attendees (delegates) acknowledge and agree that their contact information may be used by the CISC and included and openly published (web) in conference attendees lists.
2. Hotel room block is restricted to eligible registered conference delegates. One room max per eligible registered conference delegate purchase. Ineligible room block reservations will be removed from the CISC block and standard list hotel rates will apply.
3. Only registered CISC Members & Associates delegates can attend the committee meetings.
4. Ineligible purchases will be refunded, minus $25 service fee.
5. Gerdau Mill Tour is restricted to registered conference attendees only (employees of CISC Members and Associates.

CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS POLICY

For cancellations received after April 14, 2024, no refunds will be possible.

Transfer of registration will be accepted at no additional cost up until May 06, 2024.
