On April 25, 2017, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), pursuant to paragraph 41(1)(a) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), made final determinations of dumping in respect of certain fabricated industrial steel components (FISC) originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China (China), the Republic of Korea (Korea) and the Kingdom of Spain (Spain), and subsidizing concerning FISC from China
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) is continuing its inquiry into the question of injury to the domestic industry and will make an order or finding by May 25, 2017.
Provisional duties will continue to apply on imports of subject goods originating in or exported from China, Korea and Spain until the date of the CITT’s order or finding.

Note: The margins of dumping reported in the table above are the margins determined by the CBSA for purposes of the final determination of dumping. These margins do not reflect the amount of anti-dumping duty to be levied on future importations of dumped goods.
