This utopian project is a socially relevant concept, working within an urban space that is common to all neighbourhoods. As an infill proposition, it uses the lanes and spaces between the existing buildings to bring a new texture and public articulation to an otherwise leftover utilitarian space. It is indicative of public trust which needs to be examined in our current urban culture, aspiring to an enhanced public environment.
